Stephanie Iannarone L.Ac, CFMP, CHHC

Stephanie is passionate about health and healing. As a teenager, she went through the traditional medical system while dealing with clinical depression. She took the pills, saw the psychiatrists, and followed the doctor’s orders, but the struggle only got worse.

University and Early Inspirations

Stephanie realized there must be a better way and began to study holistic health practices. She was so inspired by what she learned about natural health and how it affected her that she wanted to learn more and help others to do the same.

During her undergraduate work at Rutgers University, she started out in fitness, briefly working as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer. Her attention then turned to holistic nutrition, and this was the main catalyst to her own healing.

Professional and Advanced Education

She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and began her career as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Wanting to take her training to another level, she studied Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and received her Master’s degree from Tristate College of Acupuncture in New York City.

She is board-certified and licensed in both New York and New Jersey. She decided to continue her education further by thoroughly studying Functional Medicine. She is certified by Functional Medicine University and the International Foundation for Nutrition and Health. This is where she learned about whole food nutrition and the specifics about the Standard Process products and philosophies.

Ongoing Professional Development

Since holistic health is an ever-changing and growing field, she stays up-to-date on the latest research and is consistently attending seminars and lectures so that she may offer her patients the best knowledge available.
