2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Device information: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected automatically when you access the Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels, and is used to load the Site accurately and to analyze and optimize Site usage. It is shared with our processor Shopify.
  • Order and account details: name, contact information, billing and shipping addresses, items purchased, order history, and account details. This is collected from you and is shared with our processor Shopify.
  • Payment information: payment confirmation and transaction details supplied through checkout. Full card numbers are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us.
  • Subscriptions: recurring-order preferences, schedules, and subscription status. Customers can pause or cancel subscriptions through their accounts.
  • Communications and customer support: emails, customer-support messages, and information you submit when contacting us or posting a review. This is collected from you to provide customer support.
  • Marketing preferences: email and SMS subscription status, opt-in and opt-out information, and related records available through our service providers.

3. How we use information

We use information to fulfill orders and provide our services, including offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment; provide customer service; communicate with you; manage accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and returns; screen orders for potential risk or fraud; operate and improve the Site; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; keep you up to date on new products, services, and offers; and, where permitted and in line with the preferences you have shared with us, deliver marketing and measure advertising performance.

4. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to providers involved in running our store, including:

  • Shopify and checkout/payment providers for storefront, account, payment, and order functions. You can read more about how Shopify uses your information at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver orders.
  • Subscription and customer-support providers to manage recurring purchases and respond to inquiries.
  • Email, SMS, and other marketing providers when we use their services and you have the relevant marketing permissions.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, including services from Google where enabled, to understand Site use and advertising performance. These technologies may collect information through cookies or pixels.
  • Manufacturers or fulfillment partners, including Standard Process where involved in processing or fulfilling a purchase, to the extent needed to provide the service (see Section 12 of our Terms of Service).
  • Government authorities or other parties where required by law, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, to prevent fraud, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell SMS opt-in consent or mobile numbers to third parties for their own marketing. Some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under particular state privacy laws even if no money is exchanged; applicable rights are described in Section 7.

5. SMS marketing

We send promotional text messages only to people who have given valid consent. If you expressly opt in, Fast Track to Health may send up to four promotional text messages per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact info@fasttracktohealth.shop or (609) 736-0510.

We use your mobile number and your opt-in and opt-out information to administer the program, deliver messages, and respect your preferences. Our messaging providers and carriers may process the information needed to deliver messages, but they are not authorized by us to use SMS opt-in information for their own unrelated marketing.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

A cookie is a small amount of information that is downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Automated decision-making. Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you, including a temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (persisting a small number of hours) and a temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses (persisting a small number of days).

If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you may contact your local data protection authority.

8. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, account and subscription administration, customer support, business records, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, or until you ask us to erase it where the law allows. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and rely on security measures provided by our service providers, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children

The Site and its marketing programs are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

10. External services

Links to other sites and services are governed by their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on the Site.
